'Social Entrepreneurship and Cooperation Model' in TRB1 Region

​​The 'Social Entrepreneurship and Cooperation Model Study' component of the 'Sustainable Integration of Disadvantaged People in the TRB1 Region into the Labor Market’ Project is funded by the European Union and carried out in partnership with IstasyonTEDU, Impact Hub Ankara and Renao Global between August 2022 - January 2023.

A field study was carried out in TRB1 Region (Malatya, Elazığ, Tunceli, Bingöl) on 5-9 September 2022 within the scope of the Project. During the field study, social enterprises and supporting institutions, especially women's cooperatives, were visited.​ The project aimed to understand the social entrepreneurship potential of the region, to reveal the needs, and propose a roadmap for establishing a social entrepreneurship center in the region. The outputs of the desk research and field research carried out within the scope of the project were reported and submitted to the Fırat Development Agency in February 2023.
