Supported by Erasmus Plus KA220-VET, iNSPIRE: Innovation for Social Entrepreneurship Project is carried out in partnership with Innovative Thinking Lab from Turkey, Workplace Innovation Europe from Ireland, ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from Portugal and University of Turin from Italy.
During the meeting held in Dublin on 20-23 March, the training and mentoring program designed to support young social entrepreneur candidates was reviewed.
Project applications for the Social Entrepreneurship Training were completed on June 19. 142 individuals and groups who are interested in social entrepreneurship and want to create change and impact by developing their own business idea in this field applied to the training program and 23 of them were found successful.
The Project Closure Meeting coordinated by the Innovative Thinking Lab and supported by the European Union, in partnership withİstasyonTEDU, Alternatif Yaşam Derneği, and İhtiyaç Haritası, took place in Urla on September 2nd. Twelve individuals and groups who participated in the training program, which ran from July 6th to September 3rd, presented their business ideas.
The PNBR team, who secured the 1st place, and the Yaşamın Aritmetiği team, who came in 2nd place, will begin their internships in participant social enterprises.
