Çekirdek Eskişehir
IstasyonTEDÜ supported the project in stakeholder mapping and community management and conducted a Stakeholder Mapping Workshop on the second day of the fieldwork held on 8-9 February 2024. In the workshop, potential stakeholders of Çekirdek Eskişehir were grouped by the participants according to their functions in the ecosystem. It was discussed how the grouped stakeholders could contribute to the space design, development of culture and arts programmes and governance of Çekirdek Eskişehir.
Supported by İKSV and coordinated by Puruli Culture & Art Association in partnership with Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, ‘Çekirdek Eskişehir’ Project was implemented between October 2023 - October 2024.
The project aims to transform a dormant venue owned by the municipality into an accessible cultural and artistic place where users feel a sense of belonging and have a say in its design and management through collaborative efforts with stakeholders.
The Çekirdek Eskisehir Stakeholder Map was prepared by IstasyonTEDÜ based on the workshop outputs and feedback from Puruli Culture & Arts Association. The map designed as a living resource in a format that can be updated when necessary, was published on the website of Puruli Culture & Arts Association. The stakeholder map was presented to project partners and Eskişehir culture & arts ecosystem actors at the Key Components Identification Meeting held on 12-13 September 2024. During the meeting, an application was carried out on how the map can be used in the future activities of Çekirdek Eskişehir.
