Since July 2018, Sinem has conducted research in the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation, designed and implemented training programs, and took part in ecosystem development activities within the scope of many projects and programs carried out at İstasyonTEDÜ. She previously worked as an academician and practitioner at various universities. She worked in the fields of program design and investment support at Fırat Development Agency. She experienced entrepreneurship by establishing her own training and consultancy firm for a while. She voluntarily took part in non-governmental organizations such as Community Volunteers Foundation and SendeGel. She received her undergraduate degree from Bilkent University Electrical and Electronics Engineering, her master's degree from METU Engineering Management and her doctorate from İnönü University in Management and Organization. She has academic publications on organizational behavior, management, leadership and innovation. In addition to project management, which is her doctoral area of expertise, she worked in the fields of government supports, investment feasibility, sectoral evaluations, market analysis, entrepreneurship and public sector innovation.

Aslı joined İstasyonTEDU team as a Project Officer in 2023. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in American Culture and Literature from Bilkent University in 2015 and her master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from University of South Florida, USA. She recently defended her dissertation titled “Mobilizing with Affect: Gendered Experiences and Practices in the Feminist Movement in Turkey” and finished her Ph.D. in Gender Studies at Sabancı University at the end of 2022. Among many conference presentations, she also took part in two research projects, funded by Raoul Wallenberg Insitute and Swedish Institute, as a project assistant. Her research interests include feminist movement and activism in Turkey, affect theory, and role of emotions in building transformative feminist organizing practices.

Elif joined the IstasyonTEDU team in 2022. She graduated from the Middle East Technical University (METU) Department of City and Regional Planning in 2015 and completed her master’s degree in Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments at METU. In her thesis, she focused on the production of public spaces with a user experience-oriented approach within the context of the right to the city.

Throughout her career, she has held various positions at the REC Turkey Office, the Ankara Branch of the Chamber of City Planners (TMMOB ŞPO), and the Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA). During her time at OKA, she managed strategic planning and results-oriented program design and implementation processes, focusing on social and rural development. As the OKA Eurodesk Contact Person, she carried out youth information activities. Since her high school years, she has been actively involved in volunteer work with organizations such as the Ankara Provincial Committee on Children's Rights, the TMMOB ŞPO Student and Women’s Commissions, and the Community Volunteers Foundation. She continues her voluntary engagements as a Board Member of the 13th Term of the TMMOB ŞPO Ankara Branch.

Seden is a second-year student in the Software Engineering Department at TED University. Her sensitivity to social responsibility projects led her to volunteer at LÖSEV and the Community Volunteers Foundation. Through her volunteer activities in these organizations, she continues to actively contribute to society.

Aiming to combine her professional skills with social impact-focused projects, Seden aspires to develop innovative technological solutions that improve people's lives in the future. To enhance her capacity in this field, she joined the İstasyon team in 2025.
